My Month of Dinners

I hope that this gives you some dinner ideas :)
This is a list of what I made, not what I plan to make.

August

1st - Meatball Subs and a green salad
hint - put a piece of sliced mozzarella or provolone cheese on the bottom of the sub roll. then top with the meatballs and sauce. Top with shredded mozzarella and/or parmesan cheese and bake at 400 for 5 minutes.

2nd - Meatballs and spaghetti and a green salad

3rd - Grilled chicken breasts (boneless skinless), Long grain and wild rice, a green salad and melon salad
If you slice the chicken breasts in half they will cook so quick on the grill. Make sure to sprinkle with your favorite seasoning before grilling.

4th - Stuffed Baked Potatoes (stuffed with ham and cheese)

5th - Out to eat for German food

6th - Out to eat in Austin with our son

7th - Grilled burgers and potato salad

8th - Oven Roasted lemon chicken breasts, baby carrots and wild rice

9th - Roasted chicken and sun dried tonato salad (make a salad with the left over chicken, mayo, red onions, bell pepper and some store bought sundried tomato pesto). Served over baby greens or in a sandwich.

10th - Pork tenderloin (marinated in greek dressing), parmesan and garlic brocolli, melon

11th - Grilled Chicken, zucchini, roasted red potatoes

12th - Grilled Chicken Pasta Salad

13th - Tacos, spanish rice and salad

14th - Out to eat.

15th - Take out (had a Modern Quilt Guild meeting)

16th - Spiedie grilled Chicken, macaroni salad and fruit. Speidie sauce is an Italian-Greek inspired marinade found mostly in upstate NY. You marinate the chicken either in cubes or as whole breasts for 2 days. Yummy!
